Always the hopeful optimist, I am eager to make meaningful connections with people, and at the yoga studio it's no different.  But I've often cried in Savasana and felt alone on my mat.  In a group yoga class, surrounded by seemingly interesting people who I know have at least this one thing in common with me, I have often left the yoga studio feeling isolated and lonely.
