Richelle has been working in computer technology for 20 years, and in her day job she works with government social programs agencies to create innovative solutions using artificial intelligence to solve pressing issues in government. She also coaches professional women and small business owners to help them confidently achieve their career and business goals.

Cassie's goal as a yoga instructor is to make yoga accessible to everyone and share the peace and well being she has found through her practice by creating a safe and open environment for all.

Paulette began practicing yoga off and on around 2001. While temporarily relocated to Texas, she became a committed practitioner in 2011. She had sought to deepen her practice as a way of dealing with stress and improving fitness. Having found that and so much more, she desired to share yoga with others and became a certified instructor in 2015.
Paulette teaches primarily Hatha yoga, offering modifications and staging of poses, making her classes inclusive and non intimidating. She also enjoys teaching restorative yoga. Paulette brings a sense of peace and calm as well as strength and balance to her classes.
